Homily given at the 4:30 p.m. Mass on Saturday, June 21, 2014, the Vigil of the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi), by Dcn. Lou Russello, Christ the King Catholic Church. Dcn. Lou traces briefly the history of belief in the True Presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, from the early Church Fathers to the present. He then encourages us to remember what Jesus did for us in establishing the Eucharist and reflects on what our response should be.
