Homily given at the 4:30 p.m.
Mass on Saturday, March 2, 2013, the Third Sunday of Lent, by
Fr. Satheesh Caniton
Alphonse of the Servants of Charity. Fr. Satheesh reflects on
today's readings, noting that all three
readings remind us of the grace of God. The death and
resurrection of Jesus Christ is the highest act of God's love for
us. During Lent we should be thinking of all that God has done for
us, and how He wants us to respond. We should be thankful to God
for pouring His grace upon us and giving us the time to
repent.
