John reminds us that the Eucharist unites us to Christ. He says that when we receive Christ in the Eucharist with a worthy heart, we receive the graces of a bodily union with Christ. Dcn. John offers advice on how to best prepare for this union, recommending confession, spiritual reading, and most importantly prayer. Dcn. John shares a beautifully personal story about his own experience with the presence of the Eucharist, encouraging us to open our own hearts to God's presence in our lives.
