Homily given at the 9:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday, January 20, 2019, the Second Sunday in Ordinary Time, by Fr. Ed Fride, Pastor, Christ the King Catholic Church.

The first reading invites us to speak of the great acts of God and the Psalm tells us to "proclaim His marvelous deeds." What is the first of His marvelous deeds that we can proclaim and that we're especially conscious of this weekend? The gift of life given to us through "the Holy Spirit, the Lord and Giver of Life."
