Homily given at the 7:30 p.m. Mass on Holy Thursday, April 17, 2014, by Dcn. Dan Foley, Christ the King Catholic Church. The readings for the Mass of the Lord's Supper describe two things that Jesus wanted both remembered and acted on: the institution of the Eucharist and the washing of feet. Dcn. Dan reflects on how these seemingly separate events are actually intimately connected.
