Homily given at the 11:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, May 19, 2013, the Solemnity of Pentecost, by Dcn. John Ozog, newly ordained Permanent Deacon for the Diocese of Lansing. After thanking all those who supported him in his vocational journey to the permanent diaconate, Dcn. John recounted his own vocational story and the peace and joy that comes from doing God's will and calling upon the Holy Spirit for help.
